Q: What ages do you see?
We see teens (13+), adults, and older adults (65+). We work exclusively with individuals, not couples or families.

Before your first session, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your intake forms online. These typically include:

    • Patient information and demographics

    • Medical history and current medications

    • Consent for telehealth and treatment policies

    • Insurance information

Completing these forms in advance helps us make the most of your session.

  • Q: How do I request a medication refill?
Refill requests must be submitted through our secure patient portal or during your scheduled appointment.

Q: Can I get a refill without an appointment?
Medication management requires regular follow-up. Refills are not guaranteed without a scheduled visit. For most patients, follow-ups are scheduled every 1–3 months depending on treatment needs.

Q: How long does it take to process a refill request?
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing. To avoid delays, request refills at least one week before running out of your medication.

Q: What if I need my medication urgently?
If you are running out of medication, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to expedite your request, but same-day refills are not guaranteed.

Q: Can my pharmacy send a refill request?
Yes. Your pharmacy can send refill requests directly to our office, but approval still requires a timely follow-up appointment.

  • Q: How do I get support outside of my appointments?
You can contact us by phone or email during business hours for non-urgent questions about scheduling, billing, or treatment follow-ups.
