We partner with Headway to verify insurance, manage eligibility, and process payments.
You will receive scheduling and billing communications from Headway.
Copays/coinsurance/deductibles are determined by your insurance plan.
We currently DO NOT accept Medicare/Medicaid.

Self‑Pay and Good Faith Estimates.

If not using insurance, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges.

Cancellations and No‑Shows.

24 business‑hour notice required to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations/no‑shows may be charged [fee].

Payments are collected securely through Headway. Outstanding balances must be resolved before follow‑up appointments.

Learn your rights to receive a Good Faith Estimate for expected charges if you are uninsured or not using insurance.

If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you can receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before services.

Check to see if we accept your Health Insurance.

Disputes.

If the actual bill is $400+ above the estimate, you may be able to dispute it through the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) Patient‑Provider Dispute Resolution Process. Visit the HHS Website to learn more.

Out Of State Care & Licensure Notice

Care is limited to patients physically located in Massachusetts during the telehealth session. You must confirm your residence address for telehealth appointments.
